With our law firm originating and located in the Niger Delta area; the oil hub of Nigeria’s Oil and Energy prospects, JFC has seen lots of environmental indignity and closely catalyzed attempts at balancing the local content statutory requirement and safe exploration.

Our Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Practice Group have worked the rope with oil servicing companies, technical stakeholders and communities to build industry structures convenient for exploration.

Apart from extensive work for ExxonMobil service companies, JFC is presently advising on an over N860million agency/partnership bid and domestication between the safety company of Ebby-Tek Services Ltd and AVK Group. This is expected to hike industry safety standard for exploration within jurisdiction.
